We worked with Altais to shape the UX and content strategy of Pond's global mobile app, which tracked physical, habitual and environmental data to generate optimal skincare routines for Pond’s customers. We also worked with the client to give the application a consistent voice that extended throughout the user’s experience and worked with our award-winning global network of ‘Pond’s Insiders’ to generate additional interest and content.
