We worked with Altais to shape the UX and content strategy of Pond's global mobile app, which tracked physical, habitual and environmental data to generate bespoke skincare routines to enhance the effectiveness of Pond’s products. We also worked with the client to give the application a consistent voice that extended throughout the user’s experience of the app and worked with our award-winning global network of ‘Pond’s Insider’ influencers to generate additional content and promote the app.
